Biography of
Dato' Lai Kay Lee

Founder and achiever of PB Hoong Lee Sdn Bhd and many others. 

Dato Lai Kay Lee born in 1963 is an entrepreneur in Malaysia. He started as a sole proprietor in Hoong Lee Trading in Perlis
since 1989 and is known as a pioneer in import & export of analog cameras and accessories in both northern Peninsular of Malaysia and Thailand.

He started venturing as a developer and launched his first project in 2007 with warehouses in Padang Besar, Perlis and bungalow housing in Penang Island.

Now his ambition is to diversify his business into Petrol kiosk and Food & Beverage in the northen region of North-South PLUS highway for the convenience of local travelers.

Dato Lai is also an active athlete and has conquer the G7 mountains of Malaysia (the 7 highest mountains of Malaysia). He is also a chairman of the Sawasdee Cup Golf Tournament for more than 10 consecutive years since 2007 a fundraising charity tournament for the whole of Perlis primary schools.

    Currently holding a 701 square metres (7500 sqft) of land in Pulau Tikus, Pulau Pinang worth 8 Million Ringgit.

    Naluri Aman Sdn Bhd

    Act as finance director with an annual turnover of 12 Million - 60 Million Ringgit.

    KIA Capital Sdn Bhd

    Holding a bungalow lot at Tanjung Bunga, Pulau Pinang. Act as managing director.

    Maju Erasinar Sdn Bhd

    Development company of shop lots at Kanggar Jejawi Industrial Shop Lot (IKD Light Industrial Shop Lot) & Kuala Perlis Industrial Estate (IKS 3 Storey Shop Lot). Act as managing director.

    Holding of land in Ulu Pauh, Perlis with 1.288 Hector & 1.602 Hector to be further progressed into fast food chains and petrol stations.

    A wholesale of liquor & cigarette company with a turnover of 96 Million ringgit in the Thailand market. Act as finance director.

    Holding 4.674 Hector of land at Kuala Perlis industrial area. A 40% shareholder of the company.
